2,000 participants were selected at random from all applications that were received by February 22nd.

Lottery Results / Confirmation
All applicants were notified of their lottery status by email on February 29th and U.S. mail on March 21st. If for any reason, you have not received confirmation, click here to verify your application status.

Costs
The registration fee for the 2008 tour is $335 per person. The fee is charged only if you are selected in the lottery. The fee includes: camping space and showers, transportation of one bag during the tour, shuttle transportation and entertainment in host towns, aid stations, bike technicians, sag vehicles and medical support on the route, a Ride The Rockies cycling jersey, a water bottle and a tour map book.

Food
Meals will be your responsibility. Host towns will provide inexpensive community meals. Restaurants and grocery stores are also available.

Lodging
Tour lodging accommodations include outdoor camping and limited indoor group space (school gyms). Full service tent set-up and transportation is available during the tour for an additional charge. Visit Sherpa Packer Ltd. for rates and reservations.

Cancellations / Refunds
If you wish to cancel your registration, you must request a refund in writing by May 16, 2008. No refunds will be issued after this date. Detailed instructions are included in your confirmation packet. A $35.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
