We ask that all vehicles involved with Ride The Rockies drive safely and prudently. We encourage anyone that will be driving all or part of the Tour take one of the safety seminars.   It is a requirement for Private Caravan Pass holders.  Here are some options:

  • Lunch & Learn: Wednesday, May 1st 12pm MST (1 hour) Webinar.  Click here for more information
    • This webinar will be posted online for viewing on May 2nd. Private Caravan drivers can view the recording and take a follow-up quiz to verify they viewed the full recording. Please email us if you watch the video and we will send you the quiz.
  • Opening/Registration Day: Saturday, June 8th 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, Crested Butte
  • Bicycle Colorado: Various Days. Bicycle Colorado offers a great Bicycle-Friendly Drivers program throughout Colorado. Check out their calendar – there may be one in your area.

There are a few instances where we ask that Private Caravan and Non-Essential Staff/Partner Vehicles take alternative routes to ensure the safety of the cyclists.
